Our team

We’re not your average marketing agency, take a look at our team shots and you’ll soon see why. We pride ourselves on being a fun and vibrant office – we have an office dog, that’s got to count for something!

StockdaleMartin was established in 2001 by Ed and Tracy. Since then we have grown into a small team of professional and hard-working people. We like to do things a little differently here, so expect some personality in everything we do, because we believe talking to people is far more interesting than computers!

Ed, Director

Having worked in the industry for 20 + years, Ed knows his stuff. Whatever the time of day – he’s the guy to call. Ed also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Oral Health Foundation, sharing his knowledge and expertise in the industry he knows so well. Besides being an expert dental marketer, in his spare time he loves to cook and enjoys a good old game of rugby.

Tracy

Tracy, Director

Tracy certainly knows the ins and outs of healthcare marketing having been in the business for 19 years. She’s our detail person and an expert in the delivery of professional marketing strategies. On the weekends she loves to bake wonderful cakes, as well as enjoying arts and crafts with her daughter Lauren and walking the office dog Della.

André

André, Creative Director

Being one of the first designers at StockdaleMartin, André has been a key player in the making of our creative and often wacky office and in setting the creative tone. He’s the man to call for all digital projects and crisp design! In his free time he’s an avid DJ and true, die-hard Apple fan.

Rachel

Rachel, Account Director

Straight from university Rachel joined the SM team in its early years, learning the ropes along the way she has worked her way up the ladder year on year. Rachel knows her brands inside out and is super organised with lists upon lists neatly tucked away in her own little world. Asides being organised she loves to sing ballads at Karaoke – Mariah & Whitney are her favourites!

Claire

Claire, Senior Designer

Having joined StockdaleMartin a fair few years ago, Claire has grown her creative abilities and skills in a number of areas. She is a perfectionist, making her work extra special with the finest details included. In her spare time she buys baking books by the dozen but doesn’t bake enough for our liking!

Ian

Ian, Senior Designer

Ian, otherwise known as ‘Fun Ian’, is the life and soul of the party – the real comedian of the office, always making silly faces and making us laugh! He uses his fun and bubbly character in his creative design work, coupled with 16 years of experience in the field. In his spare time you may just spot him in a few Hollywood blockbusters as an extra.

Gary

Gary, Design Team Leader

Gary has brought a fresh approach to our creative design abilities and is a big fan of typography! Having previously worked at a number of London-based healthcare agencies he is well equipped as a designer. When he’s not at work he enjoys dabbling in photography and keeping fit.

Amar

Amar, Senior Marketing Administrator

Amar studied Television Production and Media at university and has lots of administrative experience. He’s also taken part in some work with the Prince’s Trust. In his spare time, Amar likes going to gigs and is a talented guitar player, having practiced it for the last 12 years. So naturally we can’t wait for him to join us on our next karaoke night out, something we’re very fond of here at StockdaleMartin – whether we’re actually any good at it is a different question!

Phil

Phil, Financial Executive

Phil works as part of our Financial department and is the man to talk to whenever your computer has a mind of its own – you could call him the computer hardware enthusiast! In his spare time, Phil enjoys attending gigs, often going with Amar. Phil does like to end a night out with a good old kebab pizza – we are all starting to believe that he couldn’t live in a world without the existence of meat!

Anca

Anca, Senior Account Executive

Having graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with an MSc in Marketing Communications, Anca works on the healthcare side of the business. Anca is originally from Romania but loving life in the UK. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cooking and trying new foods – particularly Asian foods.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth, Account Manager

Elizabeth does a great job managing our oral care accounts. Elizabeth graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Lincoln and lives in St Albans. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys running and keeping fit. She also has an unhealthy obsession with Wagamamas!

Callum

Callum, Junior Designer

Callum is a key member of the design team, having studied an FdA in Graphic Design and Advertising at Central Bedfordshire College, where he has now put what he learnt into very good practice. He is now studying for his BA in Graphic Design and Advertising. Callum loves the outdoors, he enjoys camping, adventuring on long hikes and is involved in scouting. He also likes to visit galleries and take photos which he uses in his own creative work.

Faye

Faye, Account Executive

Having joined us as an apprentice in 2015, Faye is now a full-fledged member of our Accounts team. She is now working closely with Anca on the healthcare accounts. In her spare time, Faye loves attending concerts where she always seems to have more than one lined up!

Charlotte

Charlotte, Account Executive

Charlotte is part of the oral care accounts team and is super-efficient – making sure everything keeps on track. Prior to becoming an Account Executive, Charlotte worked as a packaging designer – giving her an in-depth understanding of design – which means she keeps the design team on their toes. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys baking and burning it all off at gym classes!

Yana

Yana, Medical Writer

Having graduated with a degree in Journalism, Yana is no stranger to referencing – perfect when writing healthcare copy! She loves creating engaging and impactful copy as well as carrying out research projects that help us develop audience insight and deliver great products to our clients. In her spare time Yana likes to paint with watercolours and go to comedy gigs with friends.

Tasha

Tasha, Marketing Assistant

Tasha has joined us straight from Cardinal Newman Sixth Form in Luton, undertaking an apprenticeship in business administration. She’s adapting to our quirky ways incredibly quickly and is becoming an integral part of the StockdaleMartin team! She enjoys going on holiday and trying out new foods!

Della

Della, Welfare Officer

Della is a golden labrador and joined as our welfare officer from her previous life in Essex, where she took part in field trials. Della has settled in well to office life and is now brave enough to pass out across the middle of the office floor.
